The International Court of Justice has ruled that Israel must cease its warmaking in Gaza —cease committing and inciting genocidal acts — and that the case charging Israel with genocide must proceed.
DETAILS OF THE RULING:
1By 15-2: Israel shall take all measures within its power to prevent all acts within the scope of Genocide Convention article 2
215-2: Israel must immediately ensure that its military does not commit acts within the scope of GC.2
316-1: Direct and punish all members of the public who engage in the incitement of genocide against Palestinians
416-1: Ensure provision of urgently needed basic services, humanitarian aid
515-2: Prevent the destruction of and ensure the preservation of evidence to allegation of acts of GC.2
615-2: Israel will submit report as to how they’re adhering to these orders to the ICJ within 1 month
La Corte Internacional de Justicia ha dictaminado que Israel debe cesar su guerra en Gaza –dejar de cometer e incitar actos genocidas– y que el caso que acusa a Israel de genocidio debe continuar.
DETALLES DEL SENTENCIA:
1 Por 15-2: Israel tomará todas las medidas a su alcance para prevenir todos los actos dentro del alcance del artículo 2 de la Convención sobre Genocidio.
2 15-2: Israel debe garantizar inmediatamente que su ejército no cometa actos dentro del alcance del CG.2
3 16-1: Dirigir y castigar a todos los miembros del público que participen en la incitación al genocidio contra los palestinos.
4 16-1: Garantizar la prestación de servicios básicos y ayuda humanitaria que se necesitan con urgencia
5 15-2: Prevenir la destrucción y garantizar la preservación de las pruebas de las alegaciones de actos del CG.2
6 15-2: Israel presentará un informe sobre cómo está cumpliendo estas órdenes a la CIJ dentro de 1 mes
